Had both
Amethyst and Golden Pheasants wandering the
grounds at the Flamingo.
The `garden' area was a central area to the grounds.
Even had an island for penguins, island and
water were refrigerated.
Ponds were stocked with Koi.
And of course, Flamingos.
Our favorite place to eat was the Flamingo buffet, good food
of course, but the atmosphere of sitting at windows with
this view, even beat out the food.
No, the tree wasn't real but created a nice atmosphere for dining.
The buffets are arrange in several circular rooms to allow maximum seating next to
the windows.

Our view from the 22nd floor, the room was nicer than the kid's newer hotel.
Our room overlooked the gardens.
