Hey Kat was my first cat, a stray on the Naval Oak Knoll Hospital base we just kind of adopted each other.

He come to Hey Kat, so it just stuck.

Though I don't like cats as pets per se, we came to like each other.

He was such a klutz, rolling off a counter he would make no attempt to right himself before landing on his back. A funny lovable character.

He came into the garage once with a sparrow in his mouth, with his klutzy behavior I assumed he had found it dead somewhere, reaching to take it away from him surprised me as it flew away. He was always full of surprises.
